*Brands must meet specific criteria, such as producing high-quality, ethically sourced products and adhering to relevant health and safety regulations.

*Brands interested in participating must register for the event by a specified deadline and provide relevant information about their products, offerings, and promotional activities.

*Participating brands are responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of their products and compliance with relevant regulations, including food safety standards, labelling requirements, and allergen disclosures.

*Brands must use ethically sourced ingredients and sustainable practices wherever possible, prioritizing environmental and social responsibility.

*Participating brands are required to adhere to the event schedule and logistics, including setup and breakdown times, booth assignments, and other logistical details communicated by the organisers.

*Coffee  and Cocoa Week shall provide  each brand with one product display table at the Coffee and Cocoa Village in Cape Town. Standard brand name display & beverage tasting cups where applicable

*Brands must maintain a clean and organized booth or display area throughout the event and comply with any venue-specific rules or regulations.

*Participating brands agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organisers, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in Coffee and Cocoa Week. Coffee and Cocoa Week shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by participants staff, customers, or property during the event.

*The event organisers reserve the right to terminate the participation of any brand that fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein or engages in behaviour deemed detrimental to the event or its participants.

*The event organizers reserve the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of participation at any time, with or without prior notice, to ensure the success and integrity of Coffee and Cocoa Week.

*It is the sole responsibility of each brand to arrange and cover their own travel, accommodation, visa, shipment expenses associated with attending the event. By registering for Coffee and Cocoa Week, participating brands acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements and bear any associated costs incurred.
